You can request up to 16 free corpora from this Membership Year. After the 16 corpora quota is reached, then you must license the corpus at the Nonmember licensing fee. 2) My organization has already received its free membership copy of the corpus, but I would like another copy.

If the data is on CD or DVD, then an Extra Copy fee of $150 per CD and $200 per DVD applies. If the data is distributed via ftp, then you may request as many additional copies as needed.

3) My organization is a Standard Member for the current Membership Year and the corpus I want to license is from a closed membership year.

You can license this corpus for the Reduced Licensing Fee listed on the catalog page. Please note that a Corpus-Specific Member License may be required. If applicable, please follow the Member License link on the catalog page.

4) My organization is not a current member and does not hold membership for the Membership Year(s) listed for the corpus.

You can license the corpus as a nonmember or join for the current year (see our Members FAQ) to license the corpus at the Reduced Licensing Fee listed on the catalog page.
