Non-members can license LDC data in two steps
1. Sign the License Agreement(s):
Please complete either our
generic non-member license or a Corpus-Specific Non-member License. Each corpus description page will have a link to the required license agreement. Please see the "Non-member License: Yes" link for the appropriate user license agreement.
All license agreements can be faxed to +1 215 573 2175, scanned and emailed to ldc@ldc.upenn.edu, or mailed to:

2. Pay the non-member licensing fee:
Please send payment for the amount listed as the Non-member Fee. If your order contains CD-ROMs or DVD-ROMs, please add the appropriate shipping fee: US$30 for US and Canada, US$50 for overseas. This is a flat shipping fee and not a per item fee.
Payment can be made in one of three ways:

Please mail checks to the LDC, but note that they should credit “The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania”.

We do accept institutional Purchase Orders in most instances and can issue a quote or pro-forma invoice if your organization requires it.
